Taking and making calls, as a member of our team you’ll help both new and existing customers to discover game-changing products and services.
Within Telesales there are three areas, which you could work in – Inbound Telesales, Outbound Telesales and Service Sales.
Our Inbound Teams are based in Manchester. Within this team you’ll take calls from customers who are keen to experience our dazzling digital services. They’ll be eager to hear your voice. With your knowledge of all the amazing things we offer, you won’t let them down.
Our Outbound teams are based in Manchester. Within this team you’ll be tasked with calling potential customers. You’ll be their link to all the magic Virgin Media can offer. You’ll fill their ears with wonder, and shortly afterwards we’ll do the same for their digital life.
Our Sales Service teams are the Kings and Queens of keying-in our new customer orders. They’re also always on-hand to take calls and deal with questions or queries to help get our new customers installed and enjoying the delights of our bundles of entertainment.
