What’s next ?

As discussed on the phone, over the next 10 days you’ll go through our onboarding and screening process, and we’ll need some info from you.

Here’s what to expect including some hints and tips on what we’re after.

Your onboarding process

We’ve passed your details on to Security Watchdog (our security partner) who’ll get started on the screening process.

This includes a basic criminality and credit check.

You’ll get these two emails very soon – please look out for them:

  • Security check – This email will be sent from co.uk. Make sure to check your spam folder in case it goes there.
  • Bank and tax form – This email will be sent from [email protected]. You’ll need to complete the form in this email so we can pay you your first Virgin Media paycheque.

Each email will ask you to complete a few different things within 48 hours, so it’s super important you keep an eye out for these emails arriving in your inbox. 

Online form

We use the online form to capture your personal information so we can run the checks required.

Please remember to complete all sections on the form then click the submit button at the bottom of the page to make sure it saves.

Right to work

Your onboarding journey

Over the next two weeks we’ll get you up to speed on what you can expect from us. Here is the process we will be following:

Right to Work check


As part of your offer call, we’ll ask you to submit right to work documentation to us at [email protected] The button just above will help you identify suitable documents.

Security checks


Make sure to submit your security checks within 48 hours of receiving the email from Security Watchdog so you don’t delay your start date.

Your contract


Once you’ve accepted your verbal offer, sent in your right to work documents and submitted fully to security watchdog, we’ll send your contract electronically. Keep an eye out on your emails, don’t forget to check spam!

Make sure you get paid


Alongside your contract, you’ll receive an email attachment for your bank details, please complete and return as quickly as possible to ensure no delay to your first pay.

Time to join our family


Your new manager will also be giving you a call to welcome you to our family – we can’t wait to meet you!
