To support our growth we want to build our future talent within our commercial build team to enable us to be bigger and stronger, specifically we want to hear from dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveying Managers (QS)…….

As the Quantity Surveying Manager (QS), you'll be the the first line of financial control in the London / South region on multiple workstreams. You'll be assessing and then co-ordinating the allocation of central QS resource (both internal and external) and providing oversight and consistency of the QS services.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a qualified quantity surveyor with experience of estimating, cost planning and assessment of impacts of change. Experience of NEC contracts is desirable but not essential. The telecoms element is something we're experts in so we can help with that but you must be willing to learn!
