This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media as Inventory Co-ordinator. This role sits within our Supply Chain organisation. You will work collaboratively with Demand Planning, processing internal requisitions/inventory orders and resolving queries satisfactory for our internal customers.
You will manage customer expectations on stock availability and delivery time scales.

You will be responsible for end of day line reporting, general admin duties and supporting managers with Ad Hoc requests and escalations.
So, what are we looking for?

You will have experience of bulk order Placement on SAP system, ideally Oracle

You will be proficient in Microsoft office, including Outlook and Excel.

You will have strong experience in customer service and ability to successfully manage internal and external stakeholders.
