This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media Business as a Desk Based Account Manager! In this role you will defend and grow our Indirect Business Partner base through utilising your exceptional account management skills, cross-selling/upselling and new sales.

In line with our Indirect Business Partner strategy you will forge strong relationships within your account base ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do, thereby achieving revenue and sales targets and reducing churn.

So what are we looking for?

* Strong previous B2B Account Management experience.
* Relevant and demonstrable successful experience working in a business-to business sales environment.
* A good level of understanding of sales techniques, sales cycles and forecast / pipeline management
* Target driven with the passion and energy to succeed and a proven ability to work under pressure to achieve stretching targets
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Positive can do attitude
