This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media as a Commission Analyst. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of an efficient and accurate Commissions administration service to the business, working collaboratively with our outsourced partners to ensure that Commission governance and approvals are adhered to.
Your duties will be wide ranging, but ultimately you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring the wider team’s delivery of a timely, accurate and efficient Commissions administration service for eligible employees and line managers.
* Working alongside our outsourced partners to ensure that Commission governance and approvals are consistently adhered to.
* Governing accurate records on the rewards systems (i.e. Oracle and Payplan) to facilitate accurate and timely payments.
* Conducting relevant analysis/experience (e.g. payments made, frequency of payments, trends etc).
* Ensuring accurate and precise communication includes local management and the Central Administration group at Virgin Media key locations, to ensure consistent delivery of key messages.
* Keying in variable pay claims into Oracle and respond to queries within SLA using the CRM system ensuring all FTR reason codes are completed.
* Producing SOx compliant commission payments statements to employees and line managers.
* Providing high quality and consistent advice, support and resolution of queries to internal customers and third parties across commissions and reward administration processes in order to maximize customer efficiency, effectiveness and confidence.
* Ensuring all reward payments are being processed in accordance with policy and procedure within agreed performance levels.
* Ensuing all payments are being calculated accurately and paid on a timely basis in line with company reward schemes.
* Ensuring target allocations relating to Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Business Revenues are accurately maintained.
* Auditing all variable pay data to ensure accurate payment to employees, querying erroneous data through effective reporting, and missing data through gap analysis.
* Auditing commission calculations to ensure they are accurate and within the scheme criteria and applied to payroll correctly.
* Maintaining a full audit trail to ensure audit compliance on Virgin Media Business Commission schemes.
* Supporting the delivery of cyclical and one-off projects to improve the Employee Services operation through continuous improvement, processes and procedures enabling the delivery of high standards within Employee services.
* Provide management reports using reporting tools available as and when requested, analysing trends and using the data to report Commission payments analysis to key stakeholders.
Everyone in our Finance team has a proactive approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver to deadlines. If you join us as a Commission Analyst we would want you to have:
* Prior analytical experience in a related position (e.g. financial reporting, data analysis, MI/BI reporting).
* Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, v look ups).
* Strong numeracy skills attention to detail.
