What do we need from you?

High level experience within a subscription business
*

Good understanding of the Telco industry would be favourable but not essential
*

Experience of working in a matrix organisation
*

Solid history of delivering Customer Value Management improvements
*

Leadership - demonstrable experience of delivery through developing and leading teams. Ideally, experience of both building teams from scratch and turning around underperforming teams
*

Demonstrable track record of delivery in challenging environments; track record of sales success - meeting and exceeding targets
*

Experience of influencing at a senior level.
*

Strongly motivated with a drive to succeed - ability to work to tight time-scales.
*

Understanding of business finance and the part this plays in commercial deals.
*

Ability to co-ordinate and motivate a "virtual" team (sales, commercial, finance etc).
*

Budget planning & management
*

Excel & Forecast modelling (e.g. regression analysis)
*

Report definition
*

Knowledge of Business marketing
*

Experience of managing a fixed/wire line product
*

Proposition development and execution
