Principle responsibilities:

• Ensuring that pricing, product and promotional limited offers is displayed in a clear, consistent and accurate manor• Responsible for creating, maintaining and coordinating development of offers/products• Elastic Path commerce manager advanced level user• Use JIRA to manage day to day activities• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to plan and manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive work environment• Detail-oriented• Must be proactive and self-motivated individual• Ability to act fast and work effectively under pressure• To liaise and build a good relation with different teams within the organisation• Organisation and time management skills• Updating Roadmap• Understanding the product life cycle• Reporting to Digital eCommerce Capability Lead• Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the role of a Digital Product Catalogue manager as deemed necessary by line manager.• Develop investment cases for new cable initiatives, based on an assessment of the potential benefits vs the cost• Own the roadmap and outlook for cable acquisition optimisation that will deliver on KPI for incremental orders, and which will support the longer-tern vision and strategy for• Be flexible in travel to other office locations, i.e Birmingham, Manchester

Required key skills (functional / technical):

• Excellent understanding of Digital eCommerce technologies and dependencies• Proven product management experience in a commercial environment (sales, trading)• Excellent management• Very strong track record of prioritisation and delivery under pressure• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict management skills• Good change management knowledge and experience• Great communication skills and the ability to interact with marketing, product, commercial, operations and resourcing UI/UX teams• To be comfortable leading projects and cross-functional and virtual teams• Commercially focused

Required qualifications/experience:

• Experience in Digital Product leadership in a fast moving and flexible sector• Strong Customer needs focus and commercial acumen• Experience in (or a huge passion for) commercial or customer experience for leading digital brands• Experience in a similar role, especially Product Catalogue management• Project and BAU delivery experience• Digital technology experience• Educated to degree level (strong preference)
