Salary: £34,640 - £40,000 depending on experience

What is the job?

As the Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for collation of Management reports and the running of review meetings, challenging quality of the meeting inputs and ensuring consistency in the presentations. You will also be the ‘go to’ person for supporting the collation of reports related to the overall programme, outlining risks, issues and improvements across phases and within each of the regions.

Other duties of this role will include:


Elicitation of progress and status information, risks, issues and improvements from across the programme and the wider Virgin/ partner team

Ensure the input, in the form of data, reports and information provided to the Command Centre is accurate and of a good quality

Analyse and report on risk, issues and areas of improvement for Lightning

Identify areas of improvement in processes and reports in the Command Centre function and work with the team to improve its performance

Are you right for the role?

We are on the hunt for someone who is used to working with complex data from various information sources with experience of generating concise, consistent management reports for large programmes.

You will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail, experience of producing high quality presentation decks, knowledge of cable networks and technology, with an understanding of how programme management office operates in a telco environment.

This role would require you to have a good understanding of Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
