Salary - £18k - £25k per annum + benefits

This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media as a Real Time Analyst as you will be Part of the team that are responsible for ensuring all install and service activity is supported both pre and on the day of all installations and service visits

Key Accountabilities

- Meeting customer demand for both installs and service whilst upholding all
internal processes.
- Ensuring fault repair and install quota is offered within agreed SLAs, building
quota to suit demand and assigning engineers with appropriate skills to attend
customers appointments
-To deliver end to end fault and install management on a day to day basis to
deliver on business KPIs.
-To identify and manage all install and service orders in jeopardy on the day,
including communication with customers.
-To communicate with field managers on the day to alert them of any issues
with their teams workload.
- Proactively identifies issues with FSA to ensure usage is at its optimum level
- Works closely with both internal and external suppliers to ensure customer
expectations and business targets are achieved
-To manage all Installs/service orders that have not been successful to a
satisfactory result, ensuring all contact is made with the customer

Typical Knowledge, Experience and skills

-PC literate in Office applications
-Able to identify and resolve problems,
-Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
