Commission & Targeting Manager


Location: Hook


Join our Virgin Media Business team as our Commission and Targeting Manager. Leading the strategy, evolution and management of the Commissioning and Targeting plans. You will be the senior lead for these areas and support to wider teams aligned to the Head of Commercial Marketing and Sales Operations.
Your responsibilities will be wide ranging, but principally you will be accountable for:
* Leading and owning the strategy, management and development of the commission and targeting across VMB and associated Governance.
* Proactive development and impact assessment of incentives and overlays to support delivery of in year revenue.
* Leading the monthly Commission Scheme Review Board (CSRB) process covering scheme performance and return analysis through to proposal scoping, refinement and policy change.
* Defining and maintaining the account allocation, movement and targeting process across VMB covering Small Business and Large Enterprise sales teams.
* Leading the management of the VMB Commission & offshore ES team relationship to ensure offshore process runs smoothly and deliver against agreed SLA’s/KPI’s.
* Engaging across Sales and Commercial leadership around scheme performance insights and act of senior point of contact for policy, proposal or target related queries across VMB.

So what are we looking for?
* Decisive leader with a proven ability to set strategic direction, translate strategies into actionable plans, and deliver against challenging objectives across complex environments.
* A seasoned business partner that has energy and drive to influence and impact on a strategic level. Experience working in Telecommunications industry would be beneficial and ideally you would have had experience of or similar.
* But essentially we are looking for an individual that has extensive Commission & Targeting experience from B2B organisations with advanced Excel skills and solid financial acumen.
* Demonstrable ability to drive and implement change and performance enhancing initiatives with experience in managing teams running large scale commission schemes.
