How to become a Field Sales Representative

We’re after a bunch of amazing new people to come and join our frontline field sales team.

As one of our most successful sales teams, Field Sales is a red hot topic at Virgin Media and a super important part of our business. Uniquely rewarding, our team are the ones who directly connect with our customers and bring our products and services to life for them. If you love fresh air and the great outdoors, this is the role for you. You'll likely visit around 175 homes a day, so it's an amazing chance to build connections that really matter.

On average we expect you to be earning a minimum of £1,500 per month in commission, on top of your basic salary when you hit your targets. That’s a holiday to Mexico or a new phone right there.

That’s just for starters, as our commission is uncapped – the more you sell, the more you’ll earn!
