What to expect
Our scheme lasts two years with four 6-month rotations within our fast-paced, target-driven B2B organisation. You could experience areas of our SMB (small and medium business) segments, such as:
- SMB
- Enterprise
- Public Sector
- Wholesale
You’ll master each of these areas, learning how to profile and tailor your approach to each customer, selling them the services that meet their needs. Learn how to drive marketing activity and content while getting to know our amazing products inside out. The customers you’ll work with are demanding, but very exciting, and you’ll have the opportunity to support them through their digital transformation using our products, ultimately improving their customers’ experience.
This scheme will kick off in Manchester for the first year, with the opportunity to work from any of our other UK locations, whether that’s Hammersmith, Reading for the remainder of the scheme.

What we look for
Graduates who are full of personality, proactive and resilient enough to take challenges head-on. Our Sales teams work hard and have fun while they’re at it. That’s why we look for graduates with strong personal and presentation skills. We want to see your passion and excitement for sales. You must have a 2:1 or above, although it doesn’t matter in which subject – we’re more interested in your qualities than your specific qualifications.

What’s in it for you

At the end of the scheme, you’ll have the chance to almost double your earnings with typical salaries ranging from £40,000-70,000. You’ll receive a salary of £35,000, a £2,000 welcome bonus and an extra £5,000 commission if you hit your targets (75% of Sales Graduates do in their first year!).
