Who are our Revenue Operations Managers?
They’re the people responsible for collecting £millions in revenue from Virgin Media consumers and business customers. They do it by managing, coaching and leading their teams to deliver an amazing service and hit their targets every time.
Build your expertise
Rotating through various roles within Revenue Operations, you’ll rapidly pick up the skills and experience you need to manage your own team . You’ll also have the chance to work alongside and learn from senior managers and directors. Plus there will be opportunities for you to manage a few small projects of your own.
Supercharge your skills
By the end of the scheme, you’ll have a good grasp of many different aspects of operational team leadership including:
- Ensuring the delivery of targets for the team through coaching and mentoring
- Planning, organising and managing to drive team performance
- Making sure the customer is at the heart of all decisions
- Driving and supporting improvements in ways of working
- Building and managing relationships across the business area
What we look for
Great communicators and influencers who love taking the initiative but also know how to ask for help when it’s needed. It’s a busy, varied job, so you must have strong organisational skills and the ability to handle lots of different tasks at once. Other things we’re looking for include excellent attention to detail and some experience of Excel.

Apprenticeship: Operations or Departmental Manager Level 5
Duration: 30 months
Start date: September 2021
Requirements: 5 GCSEs including Maths and English A*-C (level 4-9) or level 3 apprenticeship (or equivalent).
Salary: £25,000 (rising to £30,000 at the mid-point of the scheme) + amazing benefits.
