Who are our Delivery & Operations Projects Managers?
They’re the project management and operations experts who oversee build projects and then maintain/support our business customers. Between them, they plan, deliver and cover everything from loading an order, planning a simple circuit shift into managing a major complex programme, with billing and ceasing for the circuits being fundamental too.
Build your expertise
As an apprentice in one of our service delivery teams, you’ll learn how to manage projects and initiatives from start to finish. By the end of the scheme, you’ll know exactly what it takes to deliver projects on time and to the required standard.
Supercharge your skills
You’ll learn everything you need to be a professional project manager including how to:
- Manage project budgets
- Manage project communications
- Identify and manage risks
- Lead and manage virtual project teams
What we look for
Agile multi-taskers who don’t fluster easily and who can rapidly switch priorities when the situation changes. The job involves dealing with lots of people at all levels, so you must have strong communication and influencing skills. Some knowledge of project planning processes, techniques and methodologies would also be good.

Apprenticeship: Associate Project Management Level 4
Duration: 18 months
Start date: September 2021
Requirements: 5 GCSEs A*-C including Maths and English (level 4-9) or technical level 3 apprenticeship (or equivalent).
Starting salary: £20,000 plus amazing benefits. At the halfway point of the scheme you can expect a salary increase to £23,000, and on successful completion of the scheme our apprentices typically move into roles with salaries in the region of £26,000-£28,000.
