Over the course of the rotational scheme, you’ll become an expert at analysing and interpreting customer data with a key focus on resolving problems and improving processes.

Over the course of the scheme, you’ll develop a range of customer insight skills while also getting involved in some marketing activities. By the end, you’ll know how to:
• Conduct data analysis and qualitative research studies
• Understand customer journeys and pain points
• Improve brand positioning and management
• Create a range of go to market materials
What we look for
Inquisitive, analytical, creative people who are as interested in using data to drive improvements for our customers as we are. It’s a fast-paced environment with lots of projects to juggle so you’ll need to be a quick learner who is able to manage lots of different activities at once. Although not required, some previous office experience would be an advantage.

Apprenticeship: Marketing Executive Level 4
Duration: 24 months
Start date: May 2021
Requirements: 5 GCSEs A*-C including Maths and English (level 4-9) or a level 3 apprenticeship (or equivalent).
Salary: £20,000 plus amazing benefits. At the halfway point of the scheme you can expect a salary increase to £23,000, and on successful completion of the scheme our apprentices typically move into roles with salaries in the region of £27,000-£29,000.
