to make sure you have all the information you need to decide if we’re right for you too!

01Our simple online application form gives you the chance to tell us a little bit about yourself and the Apprenticeship Scheme that you’re interested in.
Situational Judgement Test (SJT)
02This may sound daunting but don’t worry! This basic test helps us to understand a little more about the work situations you’re most suited to, and perhaps those that you may not be.
Telephone Interview
03Let’s talk about the role! This step gives us the chance to discuss life at Virgin Media and your suitability for the role. It also gives us the chance to learn a bit more about your aspirations and motivations!
Coaching call
04It’s good to talk! This call gives us a chance to have a quick one-on-one chat with you to help you prepare for the final stage so that you can really shine at the Discovery Centre.

05The final stage of our recruitment process allows us to get to know you in person and introduce you to our fun company culture – while you meet what could be future friends and colleagues.
