Working in Virgin Media Business, the B2B arm of our brand, you’ll learn how to sell to all manner of business customers, from small offices to vast public sector organisations, with the emphasis on our professional services, applications and software.
What’s it all about
Over the course of the two-year scheme, you’ll rotate through our sales teams learning to sell into different sales sectors such as SME (Small to Medium Enterprise), public sector, wholesale or enterprise. Along the way, you’ll learn how to profile customers effectively, and sell them bespoke communication services that not only meet their business requirements but actually transform their organisations for the better.
Sales is a fun-loving environment, and there will be opportunities for you to forge and maintain fantastic relationships throughout your time on the scheme. All while developing the outstanding solutions sales skills you need to become a genuine master of B2B selling.

How are you going to get there?
As always in sales, personality is crucial. Our sales teams work hard and have fun while they’re at it! That’s why we look for graduates who are confident, competitive, pro-active and resilient enough to face any challenge head on.
We operate in an energetically paced digital marketplace where projects can change direction with the click of a mouse. So you need to be someone who can move with the times, even when you don’t have all the answers to hand.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. And, with placements at our offices across the country, you’ll need to be flexible about your location as well. You must have a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline.
