About the role

As the Service Delivery Coordinator, it's your job to co-ordinate and manage the delivery of programme managed orders from the point of sale to successful installation, ensuring our customers receive a phenomenal service throughout the delivery of their project!

You'll ensure that Project Managers are supported, maintaining project administration and documentation and providing consistent timely updates. You'll provide useful and accurate interpretation of data and a full suite of delivery, resource and project status reports, including trend analysis and future demand views!

The must haves

  • Experience of portfolio and project management in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment
  • Experience collaborating and influencing a variety of partners across the business
  • Experience of providing first class customer service with a focus on delivering outstanding results to specified timelines
  • Proven skills and ability in working with differing data sets to produce programme status reports and trend analysis

Other stuff we're looking for:

  • Confidence in challenging others to ensure the best possible outcome and demonstrating transparency and credibility in your approach
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities within a fast paced business environment
  • Experience and knowledge of a call centre environment
