About the role
We’re on the lookout for Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement innovative B2B digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC, and other techniques. You’ll be driving both brand awareness and demand generation activity across digital channels. This will be a dynamic role, working with our internal team and agencies to develop engaging written, graphic, and video content for all channels, not to mention analysing and reporting on results, consulting on improvements, while staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies.
What are your responsibilities?
Develop and implement B2B paid media and SEO strategies.
Create and manage link building and content/email marketing.
Innovate and present new marketing platforms.
Input to the development of engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success.
Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
Manage and help to execute email marketing campaigns.
Review and evaluate existing agency relationships and develop partnership to drive greater impact.
Drive traffic to company/campaign pages.
Develop and manage projects, working with wider team, including delegating tasks, reviewing plans, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
This is very much a dynamic, hands on role so we would need you to be a collaborative and cooperative individual, who is commercially astute and dedicated to own and drive results in work carried out. What skillset are we looking for?
Extensive previous experience in a Digital Marketing position, within a complex B2B environment – IT Telecoms or service provision.
Attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, strong leadership skills, team and goal oriented.
Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills across all levels.
Ability to prioritise workload, with experience managing multiple projects and internal stakeholders.
SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Content Management Systems, Microsoft Office, email marketing platforms, social media.
Knowledge of Adobe Campaign Standard would be advantageous.
