As a Senior Data Developer you will develop clear and well-structured plans that can be presented directly to stakeholders and senior management. You’ll need to demonstrate great skill in creativity and innovation with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. You should have proven experience of successfully managing delivery within agile projects.  If you are detail-oriented, with great organisational skills and experience in this field, we’d like to hear from you. 

The must haves:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with strong critical thinking and attention to detail.

  • A strong knowledge of data architecture design solutions

  • Thorough understanding of how data flows within business and managing, negotiating with, and influencing of stakeholders

  • Technical expertise with SQL or Oracle is required

  • Ability to plan ahead and manage expectations upwards while being flexible to accommodate changing business priorities

  • Proficient in business intelligence software

Other stuff we're looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a technical environment

  • Ability to work on multiple items and to be able to freely switch between work streams

  • Developing in GCP (Big Query)

  • Product Owner or Scrum Master experience
