About the Role:

You'll be joining the CRO team within the eCommerce division. This team is responsible for optimising the VM Sale digital experience by solving customer problems while achieving business goals, through quick cycles of data-led experiments and innovation, maintaining excellent customer experience.

You’ll be supporting the Head of Optimisation on their journey to understand what works well from a customer perspective and excel the team’s value output via implementing efficient ways of working, growth-minded frameworks, and innovative ways of appealing to our customers and meeting ambitious business targets.

Your primary focus areas will be understanding different customer intents and finding out what are the best hypothesis to their customer problems. Innovating with new ideas and testing propositions while supporting key business initiatives will be critical for the success in this role.

Who we are:

We're on a mission to ensure that our brilliant people have a working environment in which they can truly belong and thrive. As an equal opportunities employer, it's critical that every single person can bring, and be, their whole selves at work.

The must haves:

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

•    Experience in leading a cross functional team as product owner/manager
•    Be able to understand user feedback and analytics to make informed decisions
•    Transform trading/commercial requirements into CRO deliverables, clearly stating the problem statement and the targeted outcome.
•    Strong understanding of product lifecycles and agile methodologies

The other stuff we're looking for:

We'd also love you to bring;

•    Strong social skills to provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication (verbal and written) to the right audiences
•    Be highly analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
•    Be able to understand quantitative and qualitative data from tools within Google Suite (Analytics, Optimize 360 and DataStudio)
•    Be bold, passionate and excited about digital experimentation

What's in it for you?

We know that benefits mean so much more than the 'stuff' we can give you, so we offer a wide range of support, rewards and tools - all focused on helping you to prioritise what really matters.

All work and no play just isn't our style! We're already planning our future ways of working, for when life becomes a little more normal again. We're constantly evolving our approach to enable you to find a great work life balance.
