About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst for VMO2 your work is critical in helping us to deliver complex business change programmes through expert business analysis. You'll work closely with partners across the business to understand strategic business objectives and support the delivery of solutions to help meet our business needs!

You'll lead on the analysis across large programmes, with the opportunity to shape and scope programme governance as well plan and schedule resources. You'll be responsible for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes. The role will help deliver change through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisation change. The role also applies and monitors the use of required modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards, giving special consideration to business perspectives

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Significant business analysis experience in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment
• Demonstrable knowledge and practical experience with a variety of business analysis tools and techniques
• Experience in the successful delivery of complex business change projects from start up to implementation, sponsored by a range of different business functions
• Experience of defining the analysis approach on a project and planning the Business Analysis work stream including the identification of tasks, estimating resources etc.
• Demonstrable skills in presenting information effectively

• Business Analysis certification would be an advantage
• Excellent relationship management skills
