Location - This role is remote/flexible for all locations around the UK (with the occasional travel to the Manchester/Hammersmith office to meet the team).

About the role

You’ll be joining as Senior UX/UI Designer as part of a group of seasoned creatives and specialists. You will be considered an expert in your field, able to demonstrate a wide range of experience using in-depth professional knowledge to provide solutions to issues in creative and effective ways.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Considered an expert in your field
• Personable, clear communication and presentation skills
• Excellent experience as a multi-disciplined Designer and have a passionate attention to detail
• Proficient knowledge of user centred design methodologies and UX techniques
• Great understanding of both Native and Web app technologies and UI

The other stuff we're looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

• Ability to create bespoke micro-animations in after effects.
• Experience in Leading workshops and or mentoring junior staff
• Experience in building and documenting design systems
• Can advocate for UX best practice while balancing the technical constraints of your project.
• Strong ability to recognise and predict user interaction and incorporate them into designs.
