About the role

As a Reward Partner on a 6 month fixed term contract, it's your job to use your superb subject matter expertise to provide support in the specialist area of compensation. Providing pragmatic and commercially focussed reward solutions, you’ll support both our People team and the wider business. As a valued member of our skilled Reward community, you'll bring experience of executing compensation benchmarking exercises across a variety of levels.  You’ll also provide our Executive Leadership team with business research and insight from data analysis and reporting.

As a Reward Partner you’ll be mostly home based, however there will be an expectation that you’ll come into our Reading or Hammersmith office on occasion. There you can demonstrate the team play that we always shout about, and work together to make incredible things happen.

The must haves

  • You’ll have proven experience of owning detailed role evaluations.
  • You’ll feel comfortable in conducting detailed and often complex analysis and modelling of data on reward related topics to senior leadership.
  • You’ll develop and maintain the Reward and Job Family Frameworks that continue to support the business through changes including organisational design.
  • You’ll provide thought leadership, informed by market awareness, external benchmarking, specialist skills and technical knowledge, on all aspects of the total reward package.
  • You’ll be competent in using multiple data points both internally and externally to produce recommendations for Compensation proposals for appointment in a short turn around. 

Other stuff we’re looking for

  • You’ll have proven experience in preparing papers and presentations to support key reward initiatives, decisions and governance.
  • You’ll have experience working with a job evaluation methodology (Willis Towers Watson Methodology is desirable).
