About the role

As PMO Lead, you will be part of leadership team In B2B Next Generation, which is an exciting opportunity to manage and enable the implementation of the Business and Wholesale Next Generation IT programme in line with the Strategic Roadmap and Project Plan, to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.  You will support project work by equipping the organisation with methodologies, standards and tools to enable project teams to better deliver projects and will be the central point of contact and support for the programme.

Establishing a new Programme PMO to support the programme and be responsible for the adherence to the governance structure put in place, (i.e. governance boards, change boards), providing transparency and visibility of project status, specifically on timescales budget and scope.

This role is fundamental in changing our culture around portfolio, projects and programmes and will be a key champion of new ways of working.

Therefore, the must haves to be considered:

  • Experience of delivering large B2B complex PMO programmes involving organisation change, process re-engineering and technology solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience working in a lean change management team, with pragmatic approach to communications, change management and training for successful delivery of adoption.
  • Experience leading a team through change programmes, with proven Influence and output to manage the delivery of release level business change activities that ensured business readiness for the release.
  • Experience of creating and implementing change management strategies demonstrating creativity, collaborative and flexibility to embrace change.
  • Experience of building and managing financial controls.
