It's a very exciting time here at VMO2 and we are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join our us in supporting our CIO UK functions. We want someone that oozes our incredible values and embrace our ways of working within the business.

We are looking for a hard-working PMO Analyst to report to a Portfolio Delivery Manager. As the PMO Analyst, you will work with Portfolio and Programme Directors, Programme and Project Managers to provide project management methodology guidance focusing on governance and reporting to ensure project / programme delivery to cost, time, and quality and risk constraints.

Working in our UK Delivery team is an brilliant experience! We are at the heart of new product and roadmap development. We work closely with the VMO2 product teams and the wider CIO team bringing innovative products to the business.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Experience working within Portfolio, Programme or Project management in a similar role in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment.
  • An established relationship builder who has worked with stakeholders of various levels, from internal teams to SLT members.
  • Have a good understanding of the project lifecycle.

The other stuff we're looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Data analysis experience and comfortable producing and interpreting reports.
  • Experience with Jira or Clarity would be beneficial.
  • It would be highly desirable if you have qualifications in Lean or Six Sigma.
