But it's not just what we do, but why we do it that really matters.

Our mission is to become the most recommended brand, by our people and our customers. A massive part of that journey is about how we ensure that our brilliant people have a working environment in which they can truly belong and thrive. For us, it's absolutely critical that every single person can bring, and be, their whole selves at work and we're working hard every day to achieve this.

In this role you'll understand and predict drivers of churn trading against customer volume and financial targets - enabling our sales, operations and commercial teams to optimise investment decisions! You’ll be the owner of churn trading, presenting the story to the Executive Directors each week in our base trading review and highlighting risks or opportunities. This role will assess market conditions, taking the insight and showcasing how this impacts current forecast assumptions.

The must haves:
•    Advanced trading analysis skills, including the ability to identify issues and opportunities, and build the analysis and insight to generate recommendations despite imperfect information in a fast-paced trading environment
•    A deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, operational planning and trading key performance indicator linkages
•    Experience engaging with and influencing senior partners in the business, providing high profile outputs used by the trading board and EC members on a regular basis

Other stuff we're looking for:
•    Experience handling cross function accounting and analytical team with expertise
•    The ability to work through a very complex web of IT and Insight Hub source data to access the numbers required to deliver principle responsibilities
