Salary: £36,200 OTE (20k basic) + amazing benefits

Shifts: 37.5hrs (10:45am-7:30pm Monday – Thursday, 9:45am-3:15pm Friday)

Success in outbound sales requires two things: brilliant products, and a dazzling pitch to match.

With ultrafast broadband and amazing landline, mobile and TV services, we’ve definitely got the goods. But we also need people like you to show customers that we’re worth investing in.

Our services are more vital to businesses and communities than ever before, and so our frontline Customer Sales agents have been classed as key workers.  Whilst our contact centres are covid secure and remain open to employees, following our training period, we are supporting employees who would prefer to work from home during the pandemic.

You’ll spend your first five weeks in our Manchester contact centre where we’ll get you up to speed on our products, services, and everything else you need to succeed in the job. Once you’ve completed training you and you and your manager have agreed that compliance and performance levels are suitable you will be able to discuss your options around home or office working.

The role

You’ll already have sales experience or will have worked in a target driven contact centre environment. You’ll be a natural when it comes to talking to people and matching products and services to their needs, building great rapport and closing the deal.

No amount of rejection makes you pack up and leave before you hit those targets. And with us, points mean prizes: 80-90% of our sales advisors earn £36,200 on average (including a basic salary) and our top performers can earn in excess of £45,000.

During your first three months when you’re learning our products and systems you will get paid a minimum of £36,200 OTE.

  • Solid experience in sales or have worked in a target driven contact centre
