About the role

You'll craft, develop and deliver organisation development strategies, interventions and tools – to establish an effective and efficient operating model and organisation design, support delivery of key business programmes and projects and increase organisational change agility and capability.

Working with the relevant Business Partners & functional areas you will analyse, develop, deliver and evaluate org development activities, interventions and tools in line with priority business requirements.

Taking ownership for delivering the organisational efficiency targets within specified business unit(s) therefore collaborating with Executive(s), Finance & Org Transformation to realise committed benefits4Provide health-check assessments of business challenges, using systems thinking and diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes and develop impactful insights, plans and interventions.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Strong experience taking a lead on organisational changes across a sophisticated blue chip business.
  • Knowledge and practical application of deploying theoretical operating models across large functions.
  • Consulting skills, able to diagnose issues, frame complex solutions & devise solutions.
  • Experience in change management and Workforce Planning
  • Internal partner management – with proven experience influencing & dealing with personal impact

The other stuff we're looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Experience delivering M&A activity in large Telco / Tech organisations
  • Business Architecture experience
  • Delivery of agile transformation in large enterprise
