About the role

As a Network Planner you will plan and design of all Virgin Media's network elements (fibre, HFC - Hybrid Fibre-Coaxial, copper and transmission) for diversionary works and new build growth.

As a valued member of a busy and thriving planning team, you will be responsible for the end to end planning of diversionary schemes and projects, which includes managing the client relationships and financial accountabilities.

The must haves:

  • An in depth understanding of networks infrastructure design, development, architecture, or planning
  • A proven track record of planning and designing network elements such as - fibre, HFC - Hybrid Fibre-Coaxial and copper
  • Hands on end to end planning of diversionary schemes /project knowledge

Other stuff we're looking for:

  • Having the ability to lead change and resolve conflicts
  • A people focussed approach with a passion for customer management and relationship skills
