About the role

Virgin Media O2 is searching for the Head of Wholesale on our B2B2C team to setup and own the Solution and Service team. Delivering a new Wholesale capability, driving an end-to-end wholesale customer experience, delivering increased customer value at all customer touch points, resulting in revenue growth and increased customer happiness.

Leading a team of technical professionals accountable for Solution and Service Design Governance pre- contract to ensure what is sold to our customers Wholesale B2B2C can deliver to time and budget and can be led in-life. Building and developing strategic relationships across internal and external stakeholders to influence strategy and transformation way we continue to develop the solutions we offer to our customers to maintain our USP’s.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proven experience in building and developing a team that deliver brilliant technical solutions for B2B customers across whole VMO2 product portfolio, along with proven operational delivery.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and influence at a senior level across internal collaborators, external customers and partners.
  • Excellent analytical skills to understand and interpret customer, financial and operational insights to transform solutions.
  • Strong commercial experience with the ability to identify cost savings and efficiencies to help overall Business metrics.
