Head of Propositions

Virgin Media are looking for an exceptional candidate to define and deliver our future consumer Propositions portfolio, putting the customer at the centre of our solutions and delivering high profile and high impact customer change.
The role has responsibility for developing new Propositions and enhancing existing ones across Broadband, Mobile, Home Phone and Entertainment. The successful candidate would also work with our Product Evolution team to define solutions for new audiences and adjacent sectors.

You'll lead an experienced team of Senior Managers and Managers
Understanding and prioritising the customer needs of target audiences
Understanding relevant markets and consumer trends
Evaluating Virgin Media performance against customer needs and consumer trends
Converting data and insight into actionable changes. Defining and evaluating changes to the Proposition portfolio to enhance performance against customer needs
Defining the success criteria of Proposition launches/changes
Defining and optimising the over-arching Proposition vision, strategy and prioritisation of investment opportunities
Creating additional value for the customer through converged and/or multi-play experiences
Supporting negotiations with key partners, by inputting consumer insight and propositional requirements
Leading Proposition thinking across Virgin Media and representing the team in cross-functional forums
Collaboration with Commercial, Go-To-Market, Finance, Product, Digital and Operational teams to align on change priorities and execute market-leading solutions
The must haves:
Knowledge of Commercial evaluation, business casing and modelling of new opportunities
Understanding of customer insight methods and data analysis to evaluate opportunities
P&L responsibility for Products and/or services
Experience in a proposition, commercial or strategy role
Experience of Strategic planning, inputting into 3-5 year plans
Knowledge of Marketing and Customer Journeys
Excellent planning and execution skills
Demonstrable experience of influencing key stakeholders and senior leaders
