About the role
We have a new and unique opportunity to join Virgin Media O2 as Finance Business Partner- Install Capex for Virgin Media Business.
The postholder will be responsible for business partnering with the Business & Wholesale division with respect to install costs (costs to connect customer properties to the VMO2 network, inc. civils, equipment, out of hours work, blockages etc.).
They will lead the relationship with B2B and Network expansion delivery teams, and ensure clear linkage of investment to organisational strategy.
This role is critical in facilitating a strong understanding of spend and associated benefits, and will visibly drive improved performance.
This role will interact directly with the Business & Wholesale SLT, and finance leadership team.
The post holder will drive company growth by facilitating business decisions. These will be based on insightful financial analysis.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- An ability to influence/manage and build relationships across divisions.
- A history of making decisions and recommendations for improvement and being responsible for our outcome.
- Demonstrate strong financial, operational and commercial expertise in customer facing service based organisations.
- Previous B2B/telecommunications experience advantageous
