About the role

As Capex Finance Business Partner you will form relationships and influence the Business & Wholesale division on project costs.

This role will be at the heart of linking investments to the organisational strategy and drive business performance forward!! It will be your job to work with a range of stakeholders including the leadership team.

The post holder will lead on the £90m Capex budget. This role is centred on achieving effective optimisation of spend and therefore experience of: analyzing results, targets, and understanding variances is key.

This role helps facilitate investment decisions through the post holder building different scenarios, models, and business cases.

Driving process improvement will help the wider team ensure quality and efficiency of delivery.

Working in partnership with the operations team will allow for accurate delivery of month-end reporting.

The must haves:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience of running multiple capital projects.
  • Evidence of driving cost savings and organisational growth.
  • Influence/challenge and build strong relationships.
  • Evidence strong analytical skills.
