Your analysis and recommendations will directly support product decisions, commercial decisions, and business strategy.

This role involves working with multiple stakeholders across our Digital product teams, we are specifically looking for curious, big-picture thinkers who can also deep dive into the details. You’ll be comfortable working across multiple data sets, and be keen to explore how we can best support our Product colleagues to understand our products and their users’ behaviours. 

You may be working across any of our Product end user pillars (Sales, Cross Sell/Up Sell, Care) or one of our cross pillar projects which bring together multiple areas to help solve one of our business problems. Either way, you’ll be adding value from day one, with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and career along the way. 

The must haves:

  • Relevant work experience in a Web/App analytical role, ideally within a large or complex organisation

  • Experience running A/B tests, experimentation frameworks or applied statistics using a coding language

  • Data visualization experience, ideally using Looker/DataStudio

  • Experience using GitHub and Jira in a collaborative environment

  • Advanced SQL skills essential 

Ideally, we’d also like:

  • Proactive, motivated and able to inspire others

  • Able to visualise and present data with clarity, particularly for less technical audiences

  • Google Big Query experience

  • Google Analytics / Optimise
