About the role

The role itself and what you’ll do?
You'll be joining the Digital XSUS and Care Product division, specifically the CRO team. The team is responsible for optimising the Virgin Media existing customer digital experience by solving customer problems while achieving business goals, through cycles of data-led experiments.

You will be reporting into the Senior CRO manager and supporting them on the journey to understand how we can improve customer value by creating bold experiments to gain powerful insights to guide business decisions.

The CRO Manager will be responsible for the following:
•    Running A/B, personalisation, and Multivariate experiments
•    Delivery of CRO experimentation roadmap, bringing together data analysts, data scientists, user research, designers, product owners as well as software engineers
•    Where needed/appropriate develop small scale tests using HTML/Java Script
•    Champion a culture of test and learn experimentation
•    Explain and present recommendations from experimentation

Must haves:
•    Previous experience in experimentation and CRO
•    Experience applying a test and learn approach to product evolution and a strong passion for doing the right thing for the customer
•    Experience with multi armed bandit experiments
•    Experience using testing platforms e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, and Adobe Target
•    Excellent communication and can ability easily engage stakeholders
