About the role
We have an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Contract Manager commercialising VMO2’s fixed network assets with partners who have a direct-to-consumer service offering (ISP’s). Within this role, you will play a pivotal part in the success of our Wholesale B2B2C team, by providing contract control and contract optimisation for material customer agreements through delivery, in-life and renewal or exit.
You will be a key interface with customers and critical to the effective management of our customer relationships, managing opportunities and risks. Internally you will be the first point of contact to support to the effective management and administration of Wholesale B2B2C agreements.
As our environment continues to evolve, you will also support the growth of the team by means of implementing systems, processes and procedures to protect the risk profile of contractual obligations and achieve optimum value from our contracts on an ongoing basis.

As a Contract Manager, you can expect to:
Own and grow major contracts and frameworks in-life and through to renewal or exit, identify amazing opportunities to deliver incremental revenue and operating cash flow.
Take a lead in ‘front-line’ support, through the effective management and administration of the contracts entered into, whilst carefully overseeing change control processes and procedures to realise incremental revenue.
Shape the future of cost base improvement by engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders, researching background and making recommendations on commercial related matters.
Foster and improve operating cash flow through billing accuracy, debt collections and overall Net-Promoter Scores (NPS) of contracts.
Provide relevant and accurate advice on the contractual and commercial position of agreements in order to ensure the risks are managed and mitigated accordingly, work with the legal and regulatory team as required on more complex legal risks and opportunities
The must have’s
- Experience of working in a similar capacity within contract management, responsible for developing large complex profitable solutions and managing opportunities and risks through the full contract lifecycle.
- A solid history of building meaningful, collaborative stakeholder relationships, across all levels of seniority – we want to see your keenness to engage great team play with a wide range of people!
- A good level of numeracy, with an ability to quantify risks and interpret customer, financial and operational insights. Including Profit & Loss
- Project planning skills, with experience at balancing short-term requirements and long-term strategies.
