About the role

Working within the wider Virgin Media Commercial team, this role is part of the Pricing & Policy Team and is responsible for delivering and reporting on Virgin Media's Customer Fairness programme.

You will be responsible for understanding the customer base and where we can drive the Fairness agenda further, helping to seize opportunities and gauge the effectiveness of our existing policies. You will help to define requirements for reporting and monitor progress against our Fairness commitments on a regular basis.

You will bring strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to help identify areas of opportunity and implement change and take the lead on decisions across Fairness and Policy, presenting recommendations and gaining sign off up to Executive Director level.

You'll need to understand our customer base and their needs to enable us to drive the Fairness agenda in a way which has demonstrable value along with working very closely with Finance to identify the Commercial impact of changes, with a specific focus on understanding and managing revenue and OCF impacts

The must haves:

  • Proven experience manipulating large data sets to drive decision making and present actionable recommendations
  • Strong commercial acumen and detailed understanding of the industry and key issues affecting our business
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to make timely and sound decisions across competing priorities
  • Adept at operating in ambiguity and stepping outside the status quo with bold and original ideas that create growth
