About the role

We're looking for the best person to provide and drive Technology Sales expertise in Virgin Media Business (VMB) by interacting in a proactive manner early in the customer journey. In doing so, you'll improve the value we give to our customers creating +25 net promoter score (NPS) and customer advocacy all whilst supporting the VMB 8 Quarter Plan to be the B2B solutions provider of choice!

If successful, you'll join a prosperous and vibrant team of sales professionals who have experienced huge growth and opportunity. We are looking for this person to be within a commutable distance to Reading.

The must haves:

  • Validated specialist knowledge in our distributed workforce, datacentre and cloud Technology Practice
  • Proven understanding of how to use a proof of concept/proof of value to help close the sale
  • The ability to understand how the technology can enable customer business outcomes.
  • Understand our competitor’s offers so VMB can be positioned favourably.
  • Provide examples of efficient and accurate forecasting techniques
