Whether it’s delivering on enhanced workplace adjustments, running community volunteering programmes or delivering training and skills development, we’re committed to an inclusive approach in all of our strategies, decisions and experiences.


We’re sustainability savvy

Our sustainability team might be small, but our strategy has made a huge impression – and we have even bigger plans.

Our ‘5 in 5’ goals made sure that from 2015 – 2020 we grew our business in a way that’s good for our customers, our people and the environment. Above and beyond this, use our business, brand and people to create positive change for our customers and the communities we’re part of.

Through our 2020 strategy we’ve achieved positive social and environmental impacts that we’re really proud of. We’ve reduced our carbon footprint by 42% against our 2014 baseline, purchased 100% of our contracted energy from renewable sources, and supported more than 1 million disabled people with the skills and confidence to get into and stay in work.

We’re now working on our new sustainability strategy that will launch at the beginning of 2021 – watch this space!
