Resourcing Business Partner

Using your expertise and recruitment experience you’ll oversee the full resourcing life cycle within your specified team. As a Resourcing Business Partner you will manage more senior and complex roles and partners with senior business stakeholders including People Directors and Business Directors to define the most appropriate attraction method and sourcing strategy to meet the demands of the business area. 

Resourcing Administrator

You’ll be focusing mainly on the provision of support for the recruitment team on a day-to-day basis. Working closely with the recruiters, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of all recruitment processes, which also includes liaising with candidates with any queries they may have. You will have control of the team diary and will be in charge of room booking as well as offer management.

Senior Recruiter

You’ll be focusing mainly on raising the bar on the quality of service we provide to our managers and candidates alike. You’ll need to be good at leading a team, as well as mentoring and coaching them. You’ll need to be highly organised, good with deadlines and ready to meet set KPI’s and targets. Being driven with a supportive mentality is a key characteristic we are looking for.

Supplier Specialist (Resourcing)

We are currently looking for a Supplier Specialist to work within the Resourcing team here at Virgin Media. This role will focus on the day to day management of frontline recruitment services delivered for Virgin Media Consumer Sales & Virgin Media Business (VMB) Sales by our outsourced RPO provider. Our frontline Sales channels are very much the face of our business so attracting quality candidates and providing a world-class recruitment experience is crucial to the future success of our business.

OBIEE and Visualisation Developer

As our Senior OBIEE and Visualisation Analyst you will play a major role in delivering the data and insight agenda to extract maximum business value from the multiple datasets across a variety of platforms in Virgin Media using various BI tools. You will work as part of a high-performing data intelligence team, which has the remit to ensure maximum value is gained from its data assets across the business.

Strategy, Data and Insights Developer

Here you will be creating systems and tools allowing analytics and quality insight to be obtained from operational data in an automated fashion or, where required, by users across the business self-serving the information they need. 

Data Insights Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager, the role will deliver core analytical requirements for all Digital reporting and data. This will include technical specifications for adding new pages and tracking performance, monitoring and updating campaign codes for tracking marketing performance and taking the lead for the Analytics team in key project planning. 

HR Change Advisor - 6 month FTC

We are looking for an HR Change Advisor to work as part of the People Transformation team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. Interacting with a range of different divisions across Virgin Media, this role will act as subject matter expert (SME) utilising a strong change management approach to ensure the way that People change is delivered, is consistent with our brand values and cultural principles.

Commission & Payroll Governance Manager - 6 month FTC

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced pay services professional to join us as a Commission & Payroll Governance Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract. Working closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, this role will define and deliver the Employee Services (ES) Governance strategy whilst supporting the delivery of an efficient end to end compensation and payments process for all Virgin Media employees.

You will provide both the strategic and operational HR interface with the business, driving people engagement, leading and supporting the people strategy and bringing to life the Virgin HR vision. Commissions Analyst

Join the Commercial Virgin Media Business Team as a Commission Analyst. Our Commission Analysts are responsible for the calculations and analysis of the commission scheme performance, ensuring the integrity of commission’s payments, Affiliate Partner Commission, Opportunity Audit and Governance.
