Your key focus will be to create and deliver an insightful and commercially astute story for the business to support the CEO and senior executive team in making the right strategic and operational decisions.
This role provides commercially focused, accurate, effective and timely legal advice, analysis and support to the business on a broad range of Consumer legal matters, including advice on commercial products and proposition and associated third-party supply contracts (including customer premise equipment supply agreements, technology middleware and application agreements and other Consumer-related product and service agreements).
Critical to the Group Business Intelligence function, we are looking for a Senior Commercial Reporting Analyst to design and deliver insightful and commercial reporting to support the CEO and senior executive team in making the right strategic and operational decisions.
This role sites within our support team in Peterborough servicing our enterprise customers where there is a mix of data, communications and systems engineers working both shift and day roles. As an Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring our network and services remain up and running; including monitoring of the network and responding to alerts, proactive maintenance, investigating the root cause of faults, ownership of minor and complex incidents and project work.
This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media as a Marketing Campaign Manager as you will deliver integrated and efficient acquisition campaigns across a number of broadcast marketing channels. These include Press, Radio and DRTV as well as ‘the customer journey’ ensuring each touchpoint is consistent.
Working towards monthly sales targets, you’ll spend your time making calls to potential Virgin Media customers to introduce them to our incredible range of Digital goodies. Our Optical fibre broadband is the nation’s finest and fastest, and our TV packages redefine choice; so with the very best products available achieving your sales targets has never been so easy.
You’ll be the voice of Virgin Media, so your phone manner is the biggest deal here. Up-front, friendly and polite, that’s you. Full of knowledge too. We’ll help you fill your noggins with product information, so you should be ready to keep up-to-date with our tasty new industry developments. And with monthly figures to smash, you must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Basic computer skills and willingness to work flexible hours - including some evenings are essential too.
