We are looking for someone who has a track record of achieving your sales objectives and smashing targets by doing just that.
This role will have responsibility for defining, developing and implementing affiliate programmes and driving return on investment and revenue, including optimising campaigns, analysing performance and providing reporting and recommendations to key stakeholders across the business.
As a Field Sales Advisor, you'll visit people in their homes. There, you'll promote and sell our range of products and services. You don't need to be a tech genius - we'll provide all the training you need to bring you up to speed with everything we offer. We'll also give you details of lots of potential customers who could be enjoying some Virgin Media magic, which means you just need to plan your routes, pick your times and hit the road.
To be a success, you’ll need to have gained experience within the telecoms, IT or electrical industry, within a customer-facing role. Ideally, you’ll have experience of safe working at heights and be comfortable with the use of hand and power tools, competent using test equipment, logical when it comes to diagnostics, and very familiar with the use of technology like smartphones, tablets and PC’s, as well as know how to use common windows-based programs. And, if you have great communications skills, a proactive and flexible approach and a full driving licence, you’re probably just the person we need.
As an Inbound Customer Sales Executive, you will be talking to existing customers that are moving home and they have enough to worry about with furniture, family and not forgetting the cat, so we need you to make their lives as easy as possible whilst looking for potential opportunities.
