We’re near Manchester Airport and close to the M56/M60 motorways, so it’s easy to get here and there’s free parking. The local station at Heald Green is a short walk away and local buses stop right outside.

Although it’s a really busy hub of activity, with lots of exciting things happening, there’s a friendly, down to earth atmosphere. And there are loads of things to do. As well as a gym, a restaurant and a games room, we like to look after your health with an Occupational Health Nurse, wellbeing initiatives and a free daily fruit bowl. At the same time, we go out of our way to have fun and raise money for Francis House, Children in Need and Virgin Unite. And we encourage all our staff to tell it how it is in our own special Diary Room. 

We have two customer teams in Manchester. Our Customer Service Centre deals with customer calls and gives them great service, while our Customer Concern team works through customer problems to make our customers happy. All of this is supported by Learning & Development, Human Resources, Planning and Performance and Management Reporting teams
