We’ve got different types of sales roles here. Telesales, Desk-based Account Sales and Community Field Sales. Whichever area you join us in, you’ll enjoy building relationships with customers to get them on board with VMB. And, while you’ll lead your sales with broadband provision, you’ll create opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell too.
Community Field Sales
You’ll be knocking on company doors and approaching potential customers face-to-face. Depending on your skills and experience, you’ll either be talking to small businesses in the community or large corporate contacts. Either way, you’ll have a patch to call your own.
Desk-based Account Sales and Telesales
You’ll contact businesses to see if they’re happy with their current technology supplier - getting them excited about the possibilities and services we can give them - as well as cross-selling and up-selling to the customers we already have. So it’s not just about getting new customers on board, it’s about growing existing accounts too.
Whether you’re office-based or out and about, you’ll adapt your sales style to engage with a range of potential customers - from self-employed individuals to senior managers and directors leading larger organisations. Whoever you’re talking to, you’ll win them over with friendly resilience and match our amazing product benefits to their specific business needs.
