Our training is second to none. And you’ll be able to get to grips with our latest products. Quite literally.

If you love talking to people and want to work in a fun and busy environment where there’s never a dull moment, the only thing you have to decide is - inbound or outbound? What suits you the best? Either way, you’ll provide a brilliant service and promote heaps of products and services from TV and phone packages to mobiles and super-fast broadband. It’s just that in inbound, you’ll take calls. And in outbound you’ll make calls. Simple really.

You’ll live and breathe Virgin Media. And bring our fantastic customer service to life. You’ll bowl people over with your enthusiasm and knowledge as you deliver a customer experience like no other.

You’ll tell customers all about our great products. You’ll grow our business by hitting sales targets. And you’ll be valued and rewarded for what you do. It’s what we call a win, win, win situation.

What skills will you need?

Naturally, you’ll need to be a good listener and confident on the phone. Being outgoing and enthusiastic also helps, as this tends to rub off onto the customer. Ideally, you’ll be used to meeting targets in either a sales or call centre role. Don’t worry if you haven’t though – we’ll give you all the training you need.

As technology is always changing, we have to change too. So, you’ll want to keep in touch with new developments. It’ll make you even better at your job. You’ll also be resilient, assured and always positive. And if you’re ambitious too, with our training, you could go far. Two of our sales people have gone on to become key directors.
