People (HR) Team
Our People Team looks after the most important part of our business - our people! We have four teams – Resourcing, Learning and Development, Operational and Reward and Policy – who together help us to find the best people, train them up and make sure they're looked after and rewarded.
Naturally, we work closely with the business teams to make sure they’ve got the people they need, with the right skills. We're always looking at our rewards, benefits and policies to make sure they match up to our rivals’. And we develop imaginative development programmes to keep our people ahead of the game.
