In this team, we make sure our customers get the products and services they want, at a time when they want them. That means making sure our engineers arrive when we say they will, as well as ensuring they do a professional job. This also covers fixing faults as quickly as possible, and being out in the field supporting customers so we meet our promises to them.
In our Procurement & Supply Chain team, we buy, store and deliver equipment and services at the right cost, at the right quality and at the right time.
All these activities are supported by our dedicated people in our Operations centres, who form part of our overall Support Services team.
