Customer Services – We deal with all kinds of calls, from questions about bills and providing general advice to setting up new services and upgrading broadband, phone and mobile packages. So we have to make sure they hear a friendly voice every time.
Credit and Collections – Our customers are vital to us and in this team we help those who are having problems paying their bill. It might be easy to sort out, or they could need longer-term advice and support. Whatever it is, we’ll go through a range of options to help them out, from changing a package to reduce costs, to setting up a Direct Debit or payment plan.
Customer Complaints – Obviously we’d prefer if it didn’t happen, but sometimes a customer has an issue. We're the specialist team that listens carefully to them and then works to resolve their problems.
Customer Retentions – This is about making sure our customers get the most out of our products and services. How? By understanding how they use our services and then giving them the best packages and great deals.
Whether you’re a customer service advisor, collection advisor, customer retentions executive or customer complaint advisor, you’ll give our customers the highest quality service. Or you could be leading and motivating a team as a team manager or team coach.
The skills you’ll need
It’s your ability to listen, understand people’s situations and think on your feet to give them a solution that we’re looking for. Naturally, if there's a problem to solve, you won't let go of it until you've got a happy customer.
On top of that, you'll be happy meeting targets and getting stuck in with the rest of the team.
